Assembly of a dedusting system

The substructure is installed first.

All attachments are then pre-assembled on the floor, as far as this is possible.

The pre-assembled top section is mounted on the centre section.

The upper section and centre section are mounted on the filter cone.

The entire system is lifted onto the steel structure and bolted together.

The fixed ladder is then installed.

Once the filter system has been positioned, the fan and chimney can be installed.

Finally, the filter bags, support baskets etc. are fitted.
